NexUday ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data when you use the NexUday platform.

- Account information: Name, email address, professional discipline, and years of experience — collected at registration.
- Payment information: Subscription billing is handled by Razorpay. NexUday does not store card numbers or full payment details.
- Usage data: Course progress, quiz scores, lesson completion, and notes — stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and, where applicable, on our servers.
- Communications: Emails you send to us, support requests, and community posts.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalise your learning experience on the Platform.
- To issue QUECI digital certificates upon programme completion.
- To send programme updates, new module announcements, and certification reminders (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To process subscription payments via Razorpay.
- To improve the Platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage analytics.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Razorpay: Our payment processor, for billing and subscription management.
- Service providers: Hosting (Hostinger), email delivery, and analytics tools — all bound by data processing agreements.
- Legal requirements: Where required by applicable law or to protect the rights of NexUday.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
The Platform uses browser localStorage to store your session, progress, and preferences. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly save it. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is erased within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or financial compliance. Anonymised usage data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
