Terms of Service

Welcome to NexUday. By accessing or using the NexUday platform ("Platform") and its QUECI Inspection Intelligence programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, enrolling in any programme, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Access & Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- One account per individual. Sharing accounts or credentials is not permitted.
- NexUday reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscription Plans
- Free Plan: Access to free preview modules and selected resources. No payment required.
- Engineer Pro: Full access to all 11 QUECI programmes, eBooks, Field Reference Cards, certificates, and live sessions. Billed as a recurring subscription.
- Enterprise: Custom licensing for teams and organisations. Contact us for pricing.
All subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. NexUday does not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including QUECI programme materials, eBooks, Field Reference Cards, slide decks, videos, and quizzes — is the intellectual property of NexUday and QUECI (Quality Engineering Compliance Initiatives). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
- Use the Platform for lawful professional learning purposes only.
- Do not share, resell, or redistribute course content or credentials.
- Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, subscription gates, or security measures.
- Do not upload harmful, defamatory, or infringing content to community features.
7. Certificates & Credentials
NexUday digital certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all programme modules and the final assessment (minimum passing score: 80%). Certificates are issued in the name registered on your account. NexUday reserves the right to revoke certificates issued in error or obtained fraudulently.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform and its content are provided "as is" for professional education purposes. NexUday makes no warranty that content is error-free or suitable for any particular application. NexUday shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
